Below are all questions related to the delivery of your order.

V1. WITH WHICH TRANSPORTER IS THE PACKAGE DELIVERED?

Your package will be delivered with International Post, PostNL or Bpost.

V2. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Delivery time is around 4 to 6 working days. In some cases it can take up to 15 working days depending where it needs to be delivered.

V3. WHAT CARE OPTIONS CAN BE CHOOSE?

You can choose from Standard Shipping which takes 2 to 4 days, or for Express Shipping, which is shipped within 24h. Express shipping is free for selected products or for orders over 20 euros.

V4. IS PROVIDED TO A POSTBUS?

No, PostNL does not deliver to a mailbox. If this is completed, the package will return. If you still want the package, you need to enter another shipping address and you will have to pay the shipping fee again.

V5. HOW DOES THE PACKAGE BE OFFERED?

Your package can be delivered 2x if you are not home. If you're not home, your package will usually be delivered by default to your immediate neighbors. If this fails, you will receive a letter in your mailbox with a "home code": This code allows you to indicate the same day until 22:00 where you want to deliver your package at the second time. You can choose from the following options:

Delivery on another day (up to 6 days in advance).
Monday to Friday at your home * Between 18.00 and 21.30 (€ 1.95 extra).
At one of the 2,600 PostNL locations throughout the Netherlands. You will receive your shipment from 15:00 the following day.
At one of 400 selected PostNL locations where you will pick up the package from 8.30 the next day (€ 1.95 extra).
In the Vending Machine at a number of major NS stations and Schiphol Plaza.
If your package can be in the mailbox you must not be home.

V6. MUST I SIGN FOR A PACKAGE?

No, you do not have to sign for your package. Usually your package is stuck in the mailbox.

V8. CAN I TRACKS MY PACKAGE?

The free shipping doesn't have a tracking code, if you choose for express shipment then a tracking code will be provided.

V9. MY PACKAGE IS NOT DELIVERED, WHAT NOW?

Please contact customer service at mail info@simistore.nl. We will then check with the carrier where your package is.
