On this page you will find all questions about returning a product.

V1. WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?

After receipt of the article, you have 30 days for returns.
The product is in original packaging.
We would like to ask you to send a copy of the voucher and return form, if possible, in the package. This allows us to handle the return faster and you need to wait a little longer for the solution.
The legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply and are found at the bottom of this page.
 

V2. I AM NOT AFFIRMED WITH THE PRODUCT OR DO NOT COMPLY WITH MY EXPECTATIONS, HOW DO I RETURN IT?

You can return the product with the return form you can download at V4. You must send the return form in the box. However, the costs for returning your package are at your own expense and are not refundable.

V3. MY PRODUCT IS DEFECT (DELIVERED), HOW IS IT CHARGED?

Check with Warranty if the problem is within the warranty. If this is the case, you are unsure, please contact DIRECT customer service and describe your problem with the order number. You will receive a response within 2 days.

V4. WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD THE RETURN FORM?

You can download the return form here: Return form. These can be digitally filled out and printed.

V5. WHEN DOES IT DID BEFORE I GET A REACTION ON MY RETURN?

Your return will be processed within 14 days. During busy holidays (Sinterklaas & Christmas) this may take a little longer.

V6. I HAVE REVISED MY ARTICLES, BUT THESE WAS NOT RECEIVED AT MEGAGADET WHAT NOW?

Returns are at the buyer's risk. This means that Simistore is not liable for damaging or searching for returned items. Therefore, keep track of Track & Trace Code (3S), this is your only proof.

V7. IN HOW MUCH DAYS DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?

Within 14 days you will receive the full purchase amount. This period expires when you return the products.

V8. HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCEDURE ERROR?

Your return will be delivered to our warehouse. His will take your return and look at what's going on. After an appropriate solution, your order will be sent to the customer service who will handle your return and complete the solution. The whole process takes about 30 days in total.

 

 V9. EXCLUSION OF THE RETIREMENT RIGHT IS A CONSUMER BUY WHICH IS ON THE DELIVERY OF:

Products that spoil quickly or have limited shelf life.
Products not suitable to be returned for reasons of health or hygiene and whose seal has been discontinued after delivery.
Products that, by their nature, are irrevocably mixed with other things.
Audio and video recordings and computer software whose seal has been discontinued after delivery.
Products manufactured according to consumer specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a particular person.
